UK Shipping
• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier):
Most orders are despatched within 1–5 working days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after despatch.
• Express Delivery:
If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We will confirm availability and cost based on your needs.
• Larger/Bespoke Orders:
Some custom-made or built-to-order lighting items may require additional lead time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
International Shipping
We ship to most destinations worldwide.
Delivery times vary by location, typically between 7-15 working days after despatch.
Please note:
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
• Some items may have delivery restrictions depending on the destination.
Order Processing & Dispatch
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
• If any item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you straight away with options.
Click & Collect (Cheshire, UK)
Free collection is available from our premises in Cheshire.
We will notify you by email when your order is ready to collect.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
